King Kimbit invites you to attend her live session with 3-piece band, Black Wax comprised of Salah Adam on the drums, Robbie Rigg on guitar, and Peterson Altimo on the bass. King is currently adding the final touches to her upcoming album Life Lessons Poetically (to be released August (or later)) and would like you to be a part of the experience.

Life Lessons Poetically is made of poems about King's lived experiences as a Canadian born Vietnamese woman along with what she has witnessed in terms of the lives of other marginalized folk. The album is meant to be for healing.
